I have been a loyal customer of Prime Path for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-5528-NGY-7518) on December 31, 1998, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
