I have been a loyal customer of Homes Investments for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9276-KCK-1982) on February 4, 2001, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
