Refund refused by Homes Investments

On October 19, 1994, I signed up for Homes Investments's support package at their New Magdalena, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $260.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Malika W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
