Poor customer service experience with Counsel Chambers, Chambers

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2658-XFS-9164 placed with Counsel Chambers, Chambers on February 5, 1973. I paid $811.57 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Davonte R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
