I have been a loyal customer of The Elite University for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-5148-ODV-9497) on September 15, 1978, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
