Poor customer service experience with Micro Dynamics Chengdu

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2328-CRL-4986 placed with Micro Dynamics Chengdu on March 23, 2015. I paid $877.44 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anabelle F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
