The Urban Trade refused to address issue

On September 3, 2009, I signed up for The Urban Trade's warranty service at their Maymieberg, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $361.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Peter S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
