Unresolved issue with The Urban Trade product

I purchased a application from The Urban Trade on April 7, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tom J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
