False promises made by Excel Training of Advancement Hobart Enterprises representative

On October 9, 1994, I signed up for Excel Training of Advancement Hobart Enterprises's troubleshooting service at their Cummerataland, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $946.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jeanie A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
