I have been a loyal customer of Traditional & Delight for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-4820-ILR-8411) on October 24, 1983, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
