On December 8, 2007, I signed up for Healthy Fare Specialties's customer support at their Khalilstad, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $839.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arvid Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
