System crash after Quantum-Link Corp. product update

On June 10, 2022, I signed up for Quantum-Link Corp.'s consultation at their Maurinehaven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $210.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leopold I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
