I purchased a accessory from Quantum-Link Corp. on April 17, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jerald Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
