I am writing regarding order #ORD-6702-KIA-9343 placed with Nano Intelligence on October 17, 1995. I paid $53.58 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Urban Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
