I am writing regarding order #ORD-9435-ZLR-2810 placed with Nano-Bot on July 23, 2023. I paid $192.5 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Frederique P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
