I purchased a account from Chef Co on August 19, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Delmer Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
