Overcharged by Prestige Alliance for service

On April 13, 2002, I signed up for Prestige Alliance's consultation at their Lisaburgh, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $793.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Luz E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
