Poor customer service experience with Prestige Alliance

On May 16, 1973, I signed up for Prestige Alliance's training session at their Jovanyview, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $374.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delores R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
