Unsatisfactory resolution from Expert Advocate Advisors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4900-AUP-8968 placed with Expert Advocate Advisors on February 5, 2025. I paid $840.38 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Curtis Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
