I purchased a plan from Pure & Chef Group on July 22, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ebba X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
