I have been a loyal customer of Academic Advancement Scholars LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9986-CKL-3634) on February 2, 1985, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
