Unsatisfactory resolution from Signature Space

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4804-EHK-8046 placed with Signature Space on May 23, 2008. I paid $786.33 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Casimer K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
