I purchased a account from Best Haus International on August 2, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lizzie C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
