Billing dispute with Living of Luxury

On May 15, 1980, I signed up for Living of Luxury's exchange program at their West Garrisonmouth, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $627.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Berniece Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
