I purchased a gadget from Living of Luxury on September 17, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katarina B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
