False promises made by Select Investments representative

I'm writing to complain about the training session I received from Select Investments. After paying $757.29 for solution, I found that it has poor quality. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Barney Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
