On May 12, 2004, I signed up for Studies of Achievement's setup assistance at their Batzview, New York location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $449.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bert J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
