Quality issues with Golden Management product

On September 30, 2013, I signed up for Golden Management's troubleshooting service at their Harbermouth, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $115.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bernhard U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
