Law Team of Strategic refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9933-LVO-7250 placed with Law Team of Strategic on January 19, 2008. I paid $386.40 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Beau I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
