Unresolved issue with Solicitor Team of Just product

On April 22, 2009, I signed up for Solicitor Team of Just's upgrade service at their Pfefferview, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $664.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vince W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
