I am writing regarding order #ORD-9873-GQG-5037 placed with The Homemade Feast Oklahoma City on December 17, 1990. I paid $235.22 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Antone U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
