Healthy Spice refused to address issue

On May 9, 2011, I signed up for Healthy Spice's warranty service at their West Linachester, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $486.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jarrett U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
