Poor customer service experience with Select Alliance

I purchased a item from Select Alliance on January 20, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gregoria D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
