Delayed delivery from Precision-Craft Holdings

On January 10, 1994, I signed up for Precision-Craft Holdings's support package at their Boscoview, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $609.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eula M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
