I purchased a service from Essential Specialists on March 16, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dovie B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
