False promises made by Knowledge Tutoring representative

On March 12, 1972, I signed up for Knowledge Tutoring's exchange program at their Lorenashire, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $882.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janessa J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
