I purchased a appliance from Superior Domain Development on February 8, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hillary B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
