I am writing regarding order #ORD-2132-OSL-1069 placed with Quality Residence on December 29, 1975. I paid $987.65 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Susan X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
