Frustrated with The Scholar Lab Palermo's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9948-YWD-3495 placed with The Scholar Lab Palermo on August 14, 2004. I paid $271.24 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Evert W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
