False promises made by Signature Consultants representative

On August 4, 2014, I signed up for Signature Consultants's technical assistance at their West Kennabury, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $904.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delphia G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
