I have been a loyal customer of Top Store for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5923-TXF-6658) on July 18, 1986, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
