TechBot Robotics failed to honor their commitment

On August 23, 1971, I signed up for TechBot Robotics's maintenance program at their Rosendostad, New York location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $33.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Agustina S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
