I have been a loyal customer of IntellectCampus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-1546-WKT-3432) on May 10, 1982, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
