I purchased a equipment from PulseCyber Mumbai LLC on May 12, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sydni C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
