Unsatisfactory resolution from Elite Habitat Investments

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1654-ATA-8523 placed with Elite Habitat Investments on January 11, 2005. I paid $717.41 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Luciano I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
