Unsatisfactory resolution from Development & Consultants St. John's

I purchased a unit from Development & Consultants St. John's on April 5, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bridie O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
