I am writing regarding order #ORD-5398-AER-1945 placed with Academic Growth Institute on October 4, 1986. I paid $259.30 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esperanza M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
