Poor customer service experience with Luxury Living Ventures

On July 21, 2024, I signed up for Luxury Living Ventures's customer support at their Louieborough, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $228.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Godfrey G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
