Unsatisfactory resolution from Advisory & Chambers Holdings

On December 12, 1971, I signed up for Advisory & Chambers Holdings's premium plan at their West Name, Washington location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $290.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darron Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
