I am writing regarding order #ORD-2821-IIA-9583 placed with SoftVirtual Ballarat Corp. on January 17, 2025. I paid $134.25 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abigail Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
